Our premium black "Soft-Lycra" Spandex® capri compression pant has a Nylon Spandex liner. The pant provides consistent compression on the full lower, outer and inner thigh area, as well as the front stomach and low hip. The pant has a mesh liner which extends below the knee (see diagram below). The waist band is made of durable elastic which allows for a very comfortable fit.
